According to reports Blackburn Rovers are demanding money back from defender Christopher Samba.

The Mirror claims Rovers are fuming over Samba’s transfer request and are not likely to allow him to leave quietly.

The club's owners, Venky's, are believed to be chasing the return of a ‘loan’ given to the Congolese defender.

It is understood the centre-back received a six-figure lump sum to help him build an extension to his house.
