Blackburn Rovers turn to Juventus ace Iaquinta after Raul snub

According to reports Blackburn Rovers have made a move for Juventus centre-forward Vincenzo Iaquinta.

Sky Italia says Rovers boss Steve Kean is eyeing the Juve star after seeing an offer Schalke striker Raul rejected by the Spaniard.

The Italy international is ready to leave Juve this summer after the arrival of Mirko Vucinic from AS Roma reduced his playing chances even further for the new season.

Along with Rovers, Spain's Real Betis are also believed to be keen on Iaquinta.
