According to reports Tottenham Hotspur have offered Blackburn Rovers a swap deal for defender Christopher Samba.
The Daily Mail claims Spurs are understood to have offered around £6 million in cash plus Sebastian Bassong.
However Rovers, who value Samba at around £15 million, and are reluctant to sell after losing Phil Jones to Manchester United.
Spurs’ North London rivals Arsenal are also believed to be interested in the Congo international.
