Blackburn Rovers have landed David Goodwillie from Dundee United.
Sky Sports has reported that the 22-year old Scotland international has today completed his move to Ewood Park after passing a medical yesterday.
Goodwillie was being heavily pursued by Scottish champions Rangers.
However, it is understood that Rovers have won out in the race for his signature.
It is believed that the deal involves an initial £2 million transfer fee with £800,000 worth of add-ons and a sell-on clause included.
