
Three Preston men have been charged in connection with the theft of scrap metal.
Andrew Sumner, 22, of Grizedale Crescent, Anthony Sumner, 25, of Miller Road and Robert Hatton, 22, of Ronaldsway have all been charged with theft and not being registered to carry controlled waste under the Control of Pollution Act (1989).
The charges are in connection with the theft of scrap metal on Wednesday 5 January from a farm in Much Hoole.
All three men have been bailed to appear at South Ribble Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 13 January.
