A Community Support Officer who turned the air blue at a police station was sacked after he "went on a mission" against Lancashire Constabulary, a tribunal heard.
PCSO John Read, 43, had pounded the streets in Sklmersdale for six years and had an exemplary service record.
But an employment tribunal heard that stocky Mr Read underwent a change in behaviour after he was, himself, arrested for alleged domestic violence in 2006.
The tribunal at Liverpool heard that Mr Read was accused of assaulting his wife and was placed under an harrassment restraining order.
Lancashire Constabulary Director of Human Resources, David Brindle, told the hearing how Mr Read's behaviour changed after his arrest.
Mr Brindle said: "The domestic violence incident was the turning-point. After that we saw a different John.
"The arrest caused his behaviour to change. It seemed he was on a mission against the Constabulary."
Mr Brindle told the tribunal that between April and October 2007 Mr Read showed a pattern of behaviour at Skelmersdale Police Station that "called his integrity into question".
He said that PCSO Read used foul language, failed to follow instructions and deliberately failed to attend an in service-training session.
Mr Brindle said that when he was challenged about his behaviour, by a station sergeant, Mr Read had replied "I don't f**king believe it."
On another occasion, when his entitlement to leave was questioned his is said to have replied; "I don't care. They can f**k off. If they try and do anything I will go off with stress."
Insp Susan Swift, recounted how, when she was a sergeant at Skelmersdale, she complained to her superiors about PCSO Read's foul-mouthed conduct.
Insp Swift said: "John had numerous opportunities to improve his behaviour but his negative attitude continued and he seemd to deterioriate after his arrest.
"I spoke with him at every opportunity to make clear the standards of behaviour required but he took it too far.
"He was given help, advice and support by the Constabulary, but he didn't take any notice of it."
She said Mr Read had said he should never have been arrested and felt aggrieved at beinig served with a non-harassment order.
PCSO was transferred to the neighbouring Ormskirk Police Station and, under cross-examination by Mr Read's lawyer, Mr Brindle admitted that there were no adverse reports about his conduct.
In January 2008 Mr Read, of Halifax Crescent, Thornton, near Liverpool, was called before a disciplinary hearing.
He was dismissed from his post for gross misconduct, on the grounds of his abusive language and failure to obey instructions.
Mr Read denies that he used foul language. He says he was singled-out for victimisation after the domestic iincident and is claiming unfair dismissal against Lancashire Constabulary.
The tribunal was adjourned until 23rd July 2010.
