A 20-year-old has been charged with the murder of a 48-year-old man at a block of flats in Blackpool.
Richard Goss, of Central Drive, Blackpool, will appear before magistrates in the resort accused of murdering John Whitham.
A 32-year old man, a 3-year old man and a 16-year-old girl, who were all arrested and questioned by police investigating the crimme, have all be released without charge.
The charge followed an inquiry in which police appealed for information after Mr Whitham's body was found at flats in the South Shore area of the town at around 6:30pm on Friday 9th July.
Police had been called to the scene by ambulance paramedics who had been called to the premised in the Central Drive area.
Detetices said the victime appeared to have "a number of injuries".
