
A film crew and scare characters will be roaming the grounds of a historic Gisburn hotel while they film a new trailer
The ad which is to be used for the Scare Kingdom Scream Park, is to be filmed at the end of June, on Sunday 28th.
The 16th century manor house, Stirk House Hotel, in Gisburn, near Skipton, is famed for its 'olde world' features including an imposing fireplace and original windows.
And will provide the perfect backdrop for the trailer.
Creepy characters from AtmosFEAR! Scare Attractions, will take over the hotel from midday giving guests a taste of the eerie events in store at the UK's newest scare attraction.
Each of the 15 characters will don creepy costumes and menacing makeup for the filming which is planned to go live on various online news channels and popular websites, including YouTube, from July.
Jason Karl, creative producer of Lancashire-based AtmosFEAR! Scare Attractions, the company behind Scare Kingdom Scream Park, said: "We are excited to be working with Stirk House, its medieval ambience will provide a great backdrop for our frightening feast scenes where a diabolical King turns into a zombie!"
Manager of Stirk House Hotel, Denise Sinclair, said: "We are delighted to play host to Scare Kingdom for the filming.
"The hotel's historic features and views across Pendle Hill, which is famed for its association with the Pendle witches, will no doubt give the trailer its eerie flavour."
