Fleetwood Town FC is staging an official open day of its new multi-million pound grandstand facilities, with an opportunity for people to meet players, and go behind the scenes to experience corporate hospitality, thanks to Twelve Event Management.
The Open Day takes place on Sunday 11th September from 1pm-5pm and is a fantastic chance for members of the community to see for themselves the significant investment the club has made.
Twelve Event Management Chef Paul Moss and his team, which provide corporate match day hospitality, will be cooking and serving delicious morsels in the luxurious Parkside Suite, which features a 180-seater function room and seven executive boxes with balcony viewing.
Visitors will also be able to meet the club’s mascot, Captain Cod, as well as chat with players and take a sneak peak in the players’ changing facilities.
Dave Riche, Business Development at Fleetwood Town FC, said: “We are looking forward to welcoming members of the public to our special Open Day on Sunday 11th September. For anyone who has not visited the new grandstand or seen inside the Parkside Hospitality Suite, then don’t miss this great chance to see behind the scenes.
“Since opening we have had a tremendous response to the new facilities and with the new season already underway, we’re looking forward to an exciting season ahead.”
The Parkside Hospitality Suite is used for match day hospitality as well as a variety of events including parties, weddings and family celebrations, business events, conferences and exhibitions.
Forthcoming events include a sportsman’s dinner with former Arsenal player Paul Merson as guest speaker on 17th November as well as a series of Christmas party nights throughout December.
During the Open Day, Paul Moss, Proprietor of Twelve Event Management, will be holding cooking demonstrations throughout the afternoon.
He said: “Since we started working with Fleetwood Town FC, our Cod Army fish pie and Cod Army fish and chips have, not surprisingly, gone down a treat!
“We’re looking forward to meeting guests at the Open Day, sharing top culinary tips and also demonstrating the high standards of fine dining available at the Parkside Hospitality Suite.”
