Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez has revealed that two fellow Championship sides are in the running to sign forward Jason Scotland.

The Latics have accepted an undisclosed bid from Ipswich Town for the 31-year-old, which is reported to be £750,000, but Martinez has revealed there is interest from elsewhere.

The Trinidad and Tobago international struggled to come to terms with the rigours of the Premier League after Martinez signed him from Swansea City at the start of last season.

"There has been a bid accepted from Ipswich but another two Championship clubs have asked about Jason," said Martinez.

"Jason will make a decision in the next 24 hours and we will take it from there."
