Fans in Preston will be relieved to hear Lemar will perform tomorrow after fears he would be forced to pull-out due to illness.
The former Fame Academy star will perform his famous hits at the city's Guild Hall on Wednesday.
The future of the tour had been uncertain after the singer developed tonsillitis last week and was unable to perform.
Three shows in Reading, Margate and Bournemouth were postponed and had to be rescheduled.
His agent said: "Lemar will be in Preston tomorrow night for the show. He performed on Monday in Brentwood and everything went fine. He is feeling much better; he is taking antibiotics and is hoping for a speedy recovery."
Lemar is said to be looking forward to getting back on the road and performing for fans.
Terri Kaye 22, from Preston said: "I'm so happy that Lemar is coming and feeling better. I can't wait to see him; I bought my front row ticket as soon as they went on sale."
The Tottenham born star is touring for the fourth time after the success of his albums- 2003's Dedicated, 2004's Time To Grow, 2006's The Truth About Love and 2008's The Reason which have all sold in excess of 500,000 copies each.
