Sugababes singer Amelle Berrabah has been charged with drink driving.
The 26-year-old was arrested after being stopped by police while driving her £300,000 Mercedese in Camden Street, North London, at 5.23am on Thursday.
She was taken to a Camden police station for questioning and was later released on bail.
It is believed the brunette had a heated argument with boyfriend Tom Benn, 30, just before the incident.
A spokesman for Scotland Yard said: "Amelle Berrabah, 26, will appear on bail at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on October 8 charged with driving with excess alcohol."
Amelle forms the Sugababes with Liverpool-born Heidi Range and Jade Ewan.
