TV star Tess Daly has said that her relationship with husband Vernon Kaye is "worth fighting for" following his sex text scandal.
Former model Vernon, 35, admitted sending explicit messages to five different women behind his wife's back.
However, the Strictly Come Dancing host, 40, has chosen to stand by her man for the sake of their history and two young daughters, five-year-old Phoebe and Amber, nine months.
Speaking for the first time since the revelations, Tess told The One Show: "It's been tough as you can imagine, but I've taken some time out to think things through and at the end of the day we've had ten great years together, we've got two beautiful kids and we both think that's worth fighting for."
Commenting on the media interest in the story, Tess added: "Dealing with it in private is difficult enough but dealing but with it in public is even harder.
"At the end of the day, I've had so much support from everyone that I meet really, not just family and friends, that has really touched me a lot and has been amazing."
The DJ apologised for his behaviour to his wife and thousands of listeners live on his Radio One show.
