Azullo, the Lancaster based web development company, has created a new way to stay organised.

Gotta-Do.com is an online to-do list. Many hundreds of people around the world are already using Gotta-Do since a beta version of the site went live at the beginning of August, and we are now inviting anyone that wants an easier way to stay organised to sign-up for a free account.

You can use Gotta-Do to create as many to-lists as you need, which can then be accessed from any computer or phone with an internet connection.

Gotta-Do lists can be kept private, shared with a group for joint activities, or made public. People can leave comments under public lists and share them via Facebook, Twitter, email or other services. Lists can be prioritised with drag and drop.

Guy Cookson, co-founder of Azullo, said, “We built Gotta-Do because it’s really hard to stay organised when there are so many distractions. Most people keep a record of what they need to do on post-it notes, notepads, emails, task lists... even in their heads. We wanted something that was easy to update and accessible anywhere, and Gotta-Do is perfect for that.”

Andrew Dobson, co-founder of Azullo, added, “People have told us they use Gotta-Do for their personal tasks like shopping, group tasks like planning weekends away with friends, and for sharing lists of things with the world, like places they want to visit or their favourite albums. Because Gotta-Do is so simple to use, and can be shared through Facebook, Twitter and other networks, we expect it to grow rapidly in the coming months.”

Azullo was established in 2009 by Andrew Dobson and Guy Cookson to combine their expertise in web development, software, marketing and PR.

In addition to online apps, such as Gotta-Do and ZeroPoint4 (a simple CRM for small business, currently in beta) Azullo provides a 'one stop shop' for web development, design and internet marketing.

Cookson and Dobson have previously provided consultancy services to some big clients including Reebok, Jobsite, Microsoft, Experian and Braun, as well as many SMEs. They are both from the Lancaster area, worked in different parts of the UK, and then returned to Lancaster to open an office in the Storey.

Azullo shares an office with the award-winning design company Hotfoot Design, and the two companies collaborate on projects where design is required. This saves clients from needing to find a separate design agency.

Azullo follows Agile principles, so clients avoid the many pitfalls associated with web development, including escalating costs, missed deadlines and loss of control.
